The Law Offices of Michael J. Jensen has represented employees who have suffered work-related injuries and disabilities in Alaska and the families of those who have died as a result of a work-related injury. We have successfully handled many hundreds of claims under the Alaska Worker's Compensation Act, US Longshore and Harborworkers Compensation Act, Alaska Public Employees' Retirement System (PERS), and Teachers Retirement System ().
We have also been very successful in handling Social Security Disability and personal injury claims.

In 1984, after service as a Trial Counsel and Officer in Charge with the US Army, Judge Advocate General's Corps, I started practicing law in Alaska. Until 1995, when I opened the Law Offices of Michael J. Jensen, I worked as an attorney for the Chancy Croft Law Office. As a sole proprietor I have continued to predominantly handle claims for benefits under the Alaska Workers' Compensation Act and the Longshore and Harborworkers' Compensation Act.
